Parking at the Tram Depot

Parking is on a first come first serve basis in the Tram Depot car park and is limited.

If available we can reserve eight guaranteed car spaces at the community centre car park on Casimir Road, directly behind the studios. Please write or call to check prices and availability.

If you wish to park larger vehicles, such as vans, this will reduce the amount of cars you can park. You can unload directly to the studios prior to parking.

We can also supply parking permits. These do not work for large vans, so if you have large vans that need to be on site you will need to apply to book the community centre car park or discuss with the studio manager directly to see if you can reserve a place directly outside the studios. Vehicles using the permits must not be more than 2.27m (7ft 6”) in height or 5.25m (17ft 3”) in length, or 3.5T in weight. The roads to park in with permits include Casimir Road, Prout Road, Cleveleys Road and Gunton Road. Prout and Casimir Road are the closest and generally have plenty of spaces. On site, there is load and unload directly into the studio which is always available. Please
remember to stagger your deliveries if possible. If parking off-site, you can drop any equipment first.

Hackney Studios at the Tram Depot is a very short walk from Clapton Overground, which is
threestops from Liverpool Street Railway Station.

On the junction of Evering Road and Brooke parking is free from 11am. There are pay and display bays on Gunton and Cleveleys and Casimir Road, four hours maximum, 8.30-6.30 Mon-Sat.
